Sterling Rose earrings

These gorgeous earrings are truly a rare gift. 
The blooming roses are antique pieces I was lucky enough to find in Northern Italy in a tiny second-hand shop. They were hand cast and fabricated in sterling silver using the ancient lost wax casting method. From the blooms, a lovely dove grey pearl drops, embellished with a vintage sterling silver bonnet.  The ear wires are large round sterling, added to enhance the movement and drop.
